Teachers' workshop: wonderful watercolours
Workshop for primary teachers
Friday 22 September 2023 5.45 - 8.30pm
Clore Learning Centre | Burlington Gardens
Free, booking required
Explore the wonderful world of watercolour painting through this primary teachers’ continuing professional development workshop.
Take inspiration from our Collection Gallery and explore watercolours with artist and lecturer Alison Kusner. Learn about making glazes, how to create shadow without using black and white, and discover wet-on-wet painting techniques. Explore ways to engage your primary pupils with watercolour painting skills and develop your own skills at the same time.
We welcome all levels of art knowledge and particularly welcome state school teachers who would benefit from extra CPD support to teach art at primary level. All materials will be provided.
