‘Premiums’ is a testing ground for new work by artists halfway through their postgraduate studies at the Royal Academy Schools.
Premiums: Interim Projects offers visitors a chance to see work by artists whose practice is still evolving. From installation and video to sculpture, painting and photography, the variety of work on display reflects the diverse perspective of the artists featured in the exhibition.
The RA Schools is a school of contemporary art at the heart of the Royal Academy. Former students include Turner Prize nominee Lynette Yiadom-Boakye, Eddie Peake, Catherine Story and Matthew Darbyshire. Historic names have also passed through their doors, such as JMW Turner, William Blake and John Everett Millais.
Exhibiting artists: Daniel Burley, Debora Delmar, Lucas Dillon, Frances Drayson, Eva Gold, Rachel Jones, Sam Keelan, Richard Lockett, Ewan Macfarlane, Matilda Moors, Hamish Pearch, Glen Pudvine, Charley Vines and Jala Wahid.
This exhibition contains some adult content.
