`This book was designed, and the letterpress was printed by Will and Sebastian Carter at the Rampant Lions Press, Cambridge, on Arches vélin mould-made paper. The text was edited by Sebastian Carter and set in 18pt Palatino. The plates were printed at the artist’s studio by Mary West [Gross' daughter]. The patterned paper used in the bindings was designed by Anthony Gross and Will Carter and printed at the Stellar Press at Welham Green.’ (page [111]).
