Content Description
Requesting the stationing of sentries at the door of the new exhibition room in the Strand from its opening on 13 May to the close of the exhibition. Many members of the nobility were expected to be present at the opening, which was to be marked with the performance of an ode. Two centinels had likewise been present when the Society's exhibitions had been held at Spring Gardens.
