1 to 2, great room in the Strand formerly belonging to the said Society for the term of six weeks, commencing 21 April, at the weekly rent of nine guineas per week; but if continuing in possession for eight weeks, for 10 guineas per week for the remainder of the eight weeks, and eight guineas per week for as long as they continue in possession.
