She is sorry to hear that Humphry has had a fall. She is glad to report that the Spence's are delivered from the horror of indigence. She is staying at the house of a Mr. Lardner, son of Dr. Lardner, the surgeon of Wandsworth. Teignmouth is so popular a watering place that there is not a bed to be had.
