Anthony Whishaw RA: Memories and Experience
26 March - 18 August 2024
Sir Hugh Casson Room & Belle Shenkman Room | Keeper's House
Explore small works in conversation by Anthony Whishaw RA.
Spanning seven decades of Anthony Whishaw's artistic practice, this display brings together groups of works centred around recurring themes that have consistently captivated the artist: movement, figures, nature, and the illusion of space.
In the studio, Whishaw arranges works of varying sizes and at various stages of development in close proximity, to foster a dialogue between them and guide them toward completion.
All works are available for sale, generating revenue for the artist and the RA.
Everyone is welcome to view this display. Please note that the Keeper's House is a membership space. If you are not a member, please enquire at the membership desk.
I work on many paintings at varying scales and stages of resolution which may result in quite unexpected outcomes.
