Souls Grown Deep like the Rivers
Explore body and space through sculpture at this primary teachers’ continuing professional development workshop.
Join artist Amy Leung to explore our Body and Space resource through sculpture by looking at how bodies can be depicted in drawing and making. Using wire, clay, our own bodies and everyday materials, and taking inspiration from our Souls Grown Deep like the Rivers exhibition, you’ll explore playful ways to engage your pupils creatively, try activities to use in your teaching practice and develop your sculpting skills.
We welcome all levels of art knowledge and particularly encourage state school teachers who would benefit from extra CPD support to teach art at primary level. All materials will be provided. This is the fourth of a six-part series introducing our new KS1 and KS2 primary teacher resources.
