250th Summer Exhibition
Explore the Summer Exhibition Architecture Room with this year’s curator Piers Gough RA.
This year the Summer Exhibition’s Architecture Room has been selected by architect and Royal Academician Piers Gough.
Gough intends to create a room filled with architectural models, after encouraging architects to enter three-dimensional works of all sizes and scales into the annual open call.
Rough ideas will be on show alongside fully finished architectural concepts, in a display that brings architecture back to its material roots.
In this tour, Gough will discuss his chosen theme for this year’s Architecture Room and works that he finds particularly impressive and intriguing. Join him to discover works by well-known names like Richard Rogers RA and Norman Foster RA as well as emerging talents practising around the world.
Free with exhibition entry, no booking required.
