Join us to celebrate International Women’s Day at the Royal Academy, where you can enjoy a variety of events that explore inter-generational perspectives on women in the arts.
Events include a free drop-in workshop, led by RA Schools graduate Becky Jelly and students from the RA's A-level mentoring scheme 'attRAct', a special screening of Mirrors to Windows: The Artist as Woman (an upcoming feature documentary film by Emmy and Peabody award-winning filmmaker Susan Steinberg), and a panel discussion including Royal Academicians Cathie Pilkington, Eileen Cooper and Tess Jaray, and RA Schools student Gergana Georgieva, who will be contemplating their own experiences of forging a career as a female artist in the 21st century.
Please check our International Women's Day programme for more details and to book your place.
