The Renaissance Nude
Due to popular demand, we have extended our opening hours on selected dates for ‘The Renaissance Nude’ – exclusively for Friends of the RA.
Trace the development of the nude through some of the great masters of the Renaissance. Bringing together works by artists such as Titian, Raphael, Michelangelo, Leonardo, Dürer and Cranach, we shed light on a visual tradition at its most vital moment.
From full-scale paintings to exquisite miniatures, explore the galleries at your leisure away from the crowds at this Friends-only private view of The Renaissance Nude.
The galleries will be open until 8pm on 25 May as part of our Friends Week celebrations.
These extended hours are open to Friends of the RA, RA250 Friends and Supporters and members of the Academicians' Room.
To ensure the best possible experience, Friends are required to book a free, timed ticket for themselves and their guest for the extended hours.
