Félix Vallotton
We invite Friends of the RA to join us for an exclusive preview of our exhibition ‘Félix Vallotton: Painter of Disquiet’ before it opens to the public.
Félix Vallotton was one of the most distinctive and provocative artists of his time, creating dream-like landscapes, cinematic interiors and bitingly satirical prints. Arriving in Paris as a 16-year-old, he would soon become involved with the artistic group, Les Nabis, working alongside contemporaries such as Pierre Bonnard and Edouard Vuillard.
Don't miss your chance to discover the works of this masterful painter, one of the greatest printmakers of the turn of the 20th century, two days ahead of the public opening at your exclusive Friends Previews.
This event is open to Friends of the RA, RA250 Friends and RA250 Supporters and members of the Academicians’ Room only.
Free, booking required.
