Join us as we make our own miniature garden inspired by the techniques used by painter Thomas Gainsborough to create our own paintings.
Thomas Gainsborough RA was an English portrait and landscape painter, draughtsman and printmaker. He created model miniature woodland settings using mirrors for water, coal for rocks, moss for greenery and broccoli for trees. Make your own garden using imaginative props, then use it as inspiration to draw and paint.
Free, no booking required.
