Art, coffee and conversation sessions for people living with dementia
InMind
Monday 8 May 2017 11am - 12.30pm
Meet in the Front Hall, Burlington House, Royal Academy of Arts
Free, booking required.
Join us once a month for coffee and conversation to discuss artworks from our permanent collection.
Artist and gallery educators facilitate these regular sessions for individuals living with early to mid-stages of dementia and their carers, friends and family members. Each session, we explore and discuss one work from the RA collection and conversation is supported by the use of multisensory objects relating to the work. Volunteers support these events.
This event is part of InMind at the RA, a programme of events for individuals living with dementia and their carers or family members. This event includes refreshments, and volunteer support is provided.
Free, booking required.
