Nitin Sawhney joins Mary Nightingale in the first of a new series of conversations in which the ITV journalist and broadcaster talks to inspiring individuals in the art world
Nitin’s career spans decades of solo albums, film scoring, video game soundtracks, work for dance & theatre, commissions for leading orchestras, television soundtracks, radio broadcasting and live performances around the world.
Nitin has received a MOBO, two Ivor Novello nominations, a Mercury Prize nomination, a South Bank Show Award, a BAFTA nomination, two BBC Radio 3 world music awards, a New York Bessie, an RTS award and 15 other major national and international awards.
This event is produced by Roger James Elsgood working with the Academicians’ Room team.
Doors open at 6.30pm, talk starts at 7.45pm.
