Ralph Selden Wornum (1847 - 1910)

Architect Ralph Selden Wornum. Studied at University College, London from 1863 and at the South Kensington Schools in 1864-65. He was then articled to Thomas Roger Smith for two years. Admitted to the RA Schools 8 January 1868. He was RA Travelling Student in 1872-73, travelling in France, Italy, Germany and Holland. He managed the London office of Edward Salomons from 1873 until 1876 when Salomons took him into partnership. He was admitted FRIBA in 1888 and practised alone from that year.
