Children’s book illustrator and author. Born into the family who helped to set up publishing company Allen & Unwin, she attended Kingston School of Art and the Royal College of Art where she experimented with many different mediums including sculpture, pottery and bookbinding. After graduating she taught part-time in schools whilst illustrating children’s books.
