The fourth volume of the series. Originally issued in parts (1817-1819). Printer statement on verso of title-page: C. Whittingham, College House, Chiswick. Plate VI is bound as a frontispiece facing the additional engraved title-plate which is numbered PL. XXII top right with 'Cathedral Antiquities' top left and the short title set within the organ screen doorway. Most of the engraved plates were by John and Henry Le Keux after Edward Blore and Frederick Mackenzie.
