Summary Note

A slightly variant title occurs on the added engraved title-plate: 'Studies of Anatomy & Proportion Which it is hoped may be found useful to Artists Presented to St Luke's Club By An Amateur'.

The numbered plates show: the human body (pl. 1-11); the body of the horse (pl. 12-15). Each carries also a letter-press explanation.
