General Note
This volume is the first edition of Poley's 32 measured drawings of St Paul's Cathedral, London. Poley had begun work on his series of measured drawings of the cathedral in 1908 and had been awarded a silver medal by the Royal Institute of British Architects in 1920 for those of the west front. Published by subscription the volume was printed by Charles Whittingham and Griggs (Printers) Ltd, Chiswick Press, Tooks Court, Chacery Lane, London.
