In the Royal Academy's copy the text consists of 'La Cartuja De Miraflores Junto A Burgos' by Manuel de Assas, in Spanish and French, and an incomplete text (breaking off at p.14) of 'Monasterio De Santa María la Real De Las Huelgas, Junto Á Búrgos', in Spanish and French.
