Summary Note
The plates show elevations and plans of triumphal arches, fountains, church façades, entrance-gates for hôtels, parks or stables, doorways and windows; façades of a palace and a hôtel; a plan and section of a church. Plate 62 ('Projet et Elévation, différement variée, de la façade principale du fond de la Cour d'un Hôtel situé Faubourg St. Germain à Paris') has two flaps attached, showing alternative designs for the upper range of the façade.
The plates have been numbered by hand in ink and pencil, 1-71 This total is achieved by assigning the numbers 63-70 to sheets carrying two plates each).
