This work celebrates the restoration of the Borgia Apartment in the Valtican which opened in 1897 and the Pinturicchio frescoes found within.
The volume comprises a dedication to Pope Leo XIII, the text which gives the history of the rooms and the Pinturicchio frescoes, a table of contents and list of the plates and then three plates (A, B, C) of architectural drawings and details before and after the restoration, and finishing with 130 numbered collotype plates of the apartment and frescoes.
