Yeames had agreed to accede to a request from the lady students in the Painting School to provide two models for their costume class, because their numbers were too large to work from one model only. He apologises for breaking the rule in this regard, but desires to draw the attention of Council to overcrowding in the class. Encloses list of attendance totals in Painting School.
