He has seen that there are moves to bring art closer to industry, and that the London-Midland Railway has commissioned members of the
Royal Academy to design posters. He hopes to bring about a similar movement in New Zealand and asks if it would be possible for Clausen to secure copies of the posters, he wishes to exhibit them in New Zealand.
He is also working hard to get a proper art school established in Auckland.
