Asking Middleton Todd if he would like to contribute a work to an exhibition of British art at the Musee de[s] Beaux Art[s], Bordeaux. Guthrie had in mind a large pastel of a girl on a sofa, which he had first seen at the Leicester galleries and afterwards at the RA. He would like an oil too, if possible.
