Content Description

Made between the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Works and Public Buildings, and the Trustees (Sir Francis Grant, John Prescott Knight, Sydney Smirke, and Charles West Cope) for the term of 999 years, from 25 December 1866, at a rent of £1 per annum. With assignments of lease, 1883-1898.

Parchment, with seals, some damaged; folded.
