Endeavoured to have the picture "A Dead Calm, Sunset" to his agent, but the Porters of the
Royal Academy mistakenly delivered it to the agent of the Birmingham Exhibition; Mr. Bagnell[?] and Mr. Gillott now wish to exhibit the picture there; he has written to Mr. Walker, Secretary of the exhibition, a friend, to hold the picture.
