Colnaghi has agreed to Anne Bloxam's terms regarding the plate; has received three portraits of the Bloxam family, and a portrait of an "Old Lady", probably Bloxam's mother and by Thomas Lawrence; bargains for the rights to engrave various works by Lawrence of the Bloxam and Lawrence families; is in competition with Mr. Lane to engrave Lawrence drawings; has contacted Wheatley & Adlard, auctioneers should anything come up for sale; talks again of Lawrence's skill and asks for more family portraits.
