Content Description
Wadsworth thanks Lamb for a letter informing him that the Council intended to continue the practice of requesting Associates Elect to sign an obligation of membership "before they know what they are signing." He thinks that, because of the war, and all that that implies, people are going to be rather careful in future about what they sign.
