Content Description
Reminds him that he painted his portrait and those of his ministers ten years previously. As one of the principal portrait to the King and a Royal Academician, he has many opportunities of speaking to the Royal family about the Nabob and showing them his portrait; with the Nabob's permission, he would like to offer this portrait to the Queen for her collection. Proposes that he should paint for the Nabob a series of miniatures in enamel of the Royal family and other important personages, to be magnificently set in a sumptuous cabinet; reminds Nabob that he still owes writer 42,000 rupees and asks for payment in full with interest.
