Content Description
The correspondence, unlike the preceding bundles in this series, has been removed from envelopes and filed together systematically, by portrait commission or subject. The files were found secured with paper clips or treasury tags. The correspondence within the bundles was found mostly arranged in reverse date order. The order of the files has been largely retained.
