Mr. Evans; this whole affair has caused him great pain; he attributes Evans's opinions to nervous disorder as the artists in Rome certainly offered him no ill-feeling; he has passed on Lawrence's message to
Camuccini regarding the picture [of
George IV's portrait in the Vatican.]
