On the reverse Anderdon notes that in 1773 George Romney and Ozias Humphry travelled to Italy; also Anderdon states that he owns a vigorous sketch of the Avenging Angel in the Heliodorus by Romney and one letter, written after his return, to Humphry about the cost of getting his sketches back to England.
