Content Description

Repeating what he wrote about Thomas Gainsborough [AND/4/72]. Also that Walpole thought the building a "Roman Palace", that the receipts were reputed to be £3000. He also mention that Gilchrist, in his "Life of Blake" says the exhibition was a great success, marred only by the Gordon Riots.
