Asking for an extension to the deadline for the reception of works of art for the exhibition of works of living painters at the Crystal Palace. Fraser had two works then exhibiting at the British Institution, including 'The Fair of St Andrews', containing above one hundred figures, which he hoped would be more advantageously displayed at the Crystal Palace exhibition.
