Draft letter requesting the loan of the portrait of
Dr George Bell, which Middleton Todd had painted in 1955-56, so that he could produce a copy in response to a request from the V. Rev. Dr Reiger in West Berlin. The copy was to hang in a room used for inter-church discussions in the city.
