Video: Mark Hampson on his show Almost Real Art

RSS

Mark Hampson's Tennant Gallery exhibition 'Almost Real Art' sees him delve into the Royal Academy's Collections, Library and Archive to create a satirical response to the 'official' biography of the RA.

In these two videos, he introduces Varnishing Day - one of the key works of the exhibition - and takes us behind the scenes to the Royal Academy's library, where he conducted much of his research for the exhibition.
