A-level Summer Exhibition Online 2013
Student submission for the 2013 exhibition is now closed. We received over 1,100 submissions from schools across the UK.
Many thanks to all those artists who entered work. We are impressed by their thoughtful and creative responses to a variety of subjects and their exploration of different materials.
The submissions will be judged in May from a shortlist by a panel, including Royal Academician artist Tess Jaray
.
Come back on 10 June when the exhibition opens on this website. The A-level Summer Exhibition Online runs from 10 June to 18 August 2013, showing at the same time as the Royal Academy's Summer Exhibition, the world's largest open-submission contemporary art show.
This is the only online exhibition in the UK for A-level students. It is open to all secondary students at schools and colleges in the UK studying A levels or its equivalent (Higher/Advanced Higher, BTEC or IB).
The Royal Academy of Arts is unique among art institutions in that it is run by artists and architects. With its programme of loan exhibitions, postgraduate art school on site and library and collection, the Royal Academy is a fascinating resource for a new generation of aspiring young artists.
