The Hugh Casson Drawing Prize, judged by Dinah Casson, Norman Ackroyd RA and John Lessore
£3500 for an original work on paper in any medium, where the emphasis is clearly on drawing.
Cat 354: ‘Study for that Time of Year’ by Paul Newland

The British Institution Awards, judged by Stephen Chambers and Ann Christopher
Four prizes of £1,000 each awarded by the trustees of the British Institution. Students entering paintings, works on paper, sculpture and architecture are eligible for the awards.
