Collection of exhibited artworks:
Works are to be collected from the West Yard, Burlington Gardens from Saturday 20 August to Friday 9 September. The opening hours are 8am-4pm, Monday – Friday, and 9am-4pm on Saturdays. The depot will be closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday Monday 29 August.
Please note that no work will be given up without production of the signed removal order and you may be asked for proof of identity.
Collection of works not hung in this year’s Summer Exhibition:
If you have yet to collect an artwork that was not exhibited, you should come during the above mentioned period. Please bring your letter of notification with you; if you have misplaced it, please email summerexhibition@royalacademy.org.uk or call 020 7300 5929.
How to enter the Summer Exhibition 2012
Information about next year’s exhibition will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
If you would like to submit work, you will be able to purchase an entry from early January – mid-March 2012.
