Administrator, Keeper’s House

Opening in 2013, the Keeper’s House is an exciting new development set to more than double the space for Friends of the Royal Academy of Arts. A private member’s club, in the heart of Piccadilly, it will offer first class facilities to its members. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Administrator to join the Keeper’s House team.
Well organised and professional, with first class communication skills, the Administrator will provide a comprehensive support service to our Keeper’s House team. This will include logistics for all internal and external meetings, diary management and event management (hard hat tours, private views and cultivation events).
They will possess a flair for producing high quality written communications (minutes, fundraising literature and reports). First class communication skills, friendly and approachable, they will have previous experience of providing a high standard of customer service.
The successful candidate will be highly computer literate, accurate and numerate. They will be a confident user of Excel. Existing experience of Raisers’ Edge is preferred.
With a flexible approach to work, the successful candidate must be available to attend campaign breakfast or evening events and will be looking to forge their career in fundraising.
